IMF has developed a unique Parish2Parish Mission Program, connecting Catholic parishes in the U.S. with impoverished parishes in developing and under-developed countries. During this time, parishioners commit to supporting the project through their prayers, financial support, parish development, and participation on a mission trip to the community itself.
Linking diverse skills, expertise and resources found in Catholic parishes with our database of current or developing needs, IMF facilitates a wide range of projects which reflect our commitment to the intellectual, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of those we assist.

IMF is here to accommodate the talents and professional skills of a variety of parishioners. From Teachers and Doctors, married and single, old and young, there is a place for everyone to participate in the Church’s missionary activities!
Understanding that health needs are crucial to ensuring the vitality of people, IMF specializes in arranging international medical missions to areas of urgent or extreme need. We bring modern medicine & medical expertise to communities, enlisting and deploying volunteer medical personnel on a number of medical missions each year. Depending on the needs of the area, we facilitate pre and post mission training, itinerary, travel, in-country support and translation (if necessary), visas, food and housing arrangements, logistics, setup and support.
Partnerships are crucial for the undertaking and success of IMF’s Medical Missions program. We believe investing in local alliances is essential to fulfill our objective of creating sustainable, Christ-centered medical missions. We look to partner with governments and elected officials, non-government agencies, faith based organizations, and local medical staff who share our objectives and have the means to support our vision.
Volunteer medical staff including qualified: Doctors, Nurses, Surgeons, Dentists, Optometrists, and medical support staff/etc are always needed to join our worldwide network of providers.
