Job Summary:
Oversee the activities of workers and volunteers and ensure that the organization is on track to meet its mission goals.
Develop and implement strategic plan for IMF programs and operations, prepare reports for the Board and ensure that all staff, partner organizations and institutions comply with the organization’s policies.
Ensure that missionary staff, volunteers, and committees have the resources they need to complete their work. Serve the committees and staff to evaluate their performance against the organizations mission’s goals and objectives and offer support when necessary.
Works directly with the Executive Director to fundraise for IMF.
Assists the organization in writing grants and planning fundraising events, with the opportunity to go on at least 1-2 international missions a year.
